How do I place an order?
How long will my keyboard take to arrive after placing an order?
For custom commissions that are not part of our in-stock collection, it takes about 15-20 days without shipping delays. For assembled keyboards configurable on our website, the lead time will be 2-4 working days. However, labor intensive services such as switch lubing may require a longer period as they are done by hand.
Why does it take so long?
The days for commissioned builds are made up by sourcing for parts, ordering and shipping of the parts to our studio. After which would be the start of the building process. The process would include the modifications and assembly of the keyboard, testing the keyboard upon completion, packing and shipping.
I don’t need a full keyboard. I just need switches, or keycaps. Can I get them from you?
Absolutely. We don’t just provide fully assembled keyboards. If you need any parts individually, we can get them for you as well.
Do you only have the keycaps that are displayed in the keycap gallery?
If you have a desired keycap that you have seen somewhere else, send a picture or screenshot and we will do our best to source for it. The keycaps that we can get and provide for you are not limited to our keycap gallery.
I’m not from Singapore, can I purchase from you guys?
We ship worldwide, subject to international shipping rates which may be expensive for some countries. We have already shipped builds and parts for happy customers across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Do note of the risks of lost mail and cost of shipping for our assembly warranty coverage. We will try to assist the best we can remotely to resolve any issues.
How long is the warranty?
We provide 1 year assembly warranty for any of our custom built keyboards for any form of assembly or service defects.
This does not cover wear and tear over time, accidental damage such as but not limited to cosmetic damage, water damage, drop or fall damage, collision damage inflicted by the user.
